    Job Description :

    We are looking for a versatile and highly organised person to perform personalized administrative duties for the directors of the brand. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to your employer's working life and communication.

    In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of the brand. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.

    To ensure success as a manager, you should exhibit excellent organizational skills and demonstrable experience in a managerial role. Accomplished brand managers are intuitive to the needs of the directors and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.

    1. Safeguard the brand image

    Brand managers are acknowledged as a brand's guardian because they are responsible for ensuring that the brand message and the brand purpose are communicated to all business entities, including customers.

    2. Work with several departments within the company

    Having the necessary knowledge about different departments makes the brand manager's collaboration with marketing, sales, content, and logistics teams effective. For the unversed, collaborating with various departments to ensure that the products, services, or brand communication match the customer's expectations is one of the main responsibilities of a brand manager. In addition, they also communicate with different departments to provide a strategic overview of the business and enlist future market opportunities.

    3. Coordinate several marketing agencies and focus on consumers

    Brand managers communicate with customers frequently to understand their demands and requirements. In order to understand the fit of the product and its end users, it is crucial as a brand manager to understand the product in and out, including its user interface, technical aspects and uses the product delivers to the consumers.

    Requirements :

    • 2-3 years experience in the field.
    • Certification and experience in brand management, office administration or related training
    • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
    • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
    • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
