    Description
    YAAP is a content creation and amplification company. We offer an integrated approach to connect brands to consumers throughout their journey. We do this through design, discovery, and distribution of content. This involves things like ideating for content ideas, creating digital properties, influencer marketing, sponsored content, content syndication etc.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and strategize successful influencer marketing campaigns for our clients.
    • Partner with our clients to understand their needs and goals and develop influencer marketing campaigns that meet their expectations.
    • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
    • Conduct research and analyze data to identify key trends and insights that will inform campaign strategy.
    • Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging and effective influencer campaign content.
    • Monitor and measure campaign performance, and adjust strategy as needed to ensure success.
    • Develop KPI frameworks which meet client business goals.
    • Project manage influencer marketing campaigns from initial response through to post campaign reporting, including campaign activation and talent content creation.
    • Take responsibility for campaign budget management to ensure campaign profitability and ensure deadlines and key milestones are met.
    • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.
    • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
    • In depth knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, and content creation preferably in an advertising agency or content led organization.
    • Ability to lead the vertical for the agency.
    • Have a strong influencer network to help brands find the right influencers.
