We are looking for Headof Quality Department for a leading gasket manufacturing companyBased at VernaGoa. You will be responsible for entire qualityfunctions and operations from enquiries to dispatch and after salesservice.

Your key duties and responsibilitieswill include maintaining a healthy working environment andmaintaining the quality of the product to achieve customersatisfaction.

JobResponsibilities

• Responsiblefor the entire QA functions from Enquiries to Dispatch and AfterSales Service.
• Function as Management Representto establish and Maintain Quality Management System for all thecertifications Viz: ISO OSHAS EMS API etc.
• AsMR of the Company will have to establish maintain and frequentlyAudit Quality Management System for the various certifications ISOOSHAS EMS API etc.
• Review and maintain allQuality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with policiesprocedures and Customer requirement.
• Preparemaintain enforce and update the Quality plan and ITP to driveperformance using all standards.
• Should haveProactive approach and drive teams across the organization tomaintain control on processes andprocedures.

JobRequirements

• PreferredEngineering Degree or Diploma inmechanical
• Should have 812 years industrialexperience preferably in Engineering/Manufacturingcompany.
• Should be a Team player with goodcommunication skills and should able to Lead Guide and motivateQA/QC Team.
• Should be conversant most of the7QC Tools like Pareto Chart FishBone Diagram Control Charts 8DFormat CAPA Kaizen WhyWhy Analysis Root Cause Analysisetc.
• Should be Certified Auditor for QMS EMSAPI etc. and have independently faced the certificationAudit.
• Exceptional leadershipskills.
• Outstanding time managementskills.
• Proficient in MicrosoftOffice.
• Fluency in oral and writtenEnglish.
