Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OpenText VIM Consultant to design, configure, and support Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in OpenText VIM integrated with SAP systems, along with hands-on experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage invoice processing workflows and exception handling.
• Collaborate with SAP FI/CO and MM teams for end-to-end invoice management processes.
• Provide production support, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText VIM implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI, MM modules, and integration points with VIM.
• Experience in OpenText ICC/IES, Archive Center, and Document Access is an advantage.
• Knowledge of workflow management, OCR solutions, and process automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OpenText or SAP certification in related modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA environments.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
