Job Description :

1. Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
2. Updates job requirements when needed
3. Contacts applicants references and performs background checks required by the company
4. Organizes and manages new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
5. Explains and provides information on employee benefits, programs, and education
6. Advice on benefits needs or evaluate benefit contract bids
7. Maintains employee records and paperwork
