    Designation: Corporate Sales- IT Solutions

    Exp: 4 - 5 Years, preferably in the, Corporate and Large Retail Chains.

    CTC Budget: Rs. LPA + Lucrative Incentives on Sales target

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at M Intergraph Systems Pvt. Ltd, a leading system integration company. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of our hardware and software solutions by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities within assigned accounts. To aggressively position & sell Retail Solutions like POS Hardware, Virtual Trial Mirrors, People Counting, Graphic AI CCTV Solutions & Others.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1) Understand client needs and requirements, and propose tailored hardware, software and solutions to meet their objectives.

    2) Achieve Sales Targets as per as assigned by the company in the assigned accounts / market segments.

    3) Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure accurate understanding of product capabilities and effective delivery of solutions.

    4) Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within assigned verticals.

    5) Generate leads, pursue sales opportunities, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

    6) Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.

    7) Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.

    8) Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

    9) Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

    2. 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling IT hardware and software solutions.

    3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    7. Willingness to travel to customer location(s) within Delhi NCR & Mumbai (based on the posting location) on regular basis.
