Description

Job Title: SAP PP & QMConsultant

Experience: 7 years in SAP PP(Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) preferably in thepharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information SystemsEngineering or related field.
Minimum of 7years of experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (QualityManagement) modules.
SAP certification inProduction Planning and/or Quality Management modules ispreferred.
Strong understanding ofpharmaceutical industry processes and regulatory requirementsrelated to production and quality management.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with theability to translate business requirements into technicalsolutions.

Roles andResponsibilities:

Lead theimplementation and configuration of SAP PP and QM modules ensuringalignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards inthe pharmaceutical domain.
Analyse existingbusiness processes related to production planning and qualitymanagement identify areas for improvement and propose solutionsleveraging SAP functionality.
Customize SAP PPand QM modules to address unique business requirements includingmaster data setup work scheduling quality inspection processes andbatch management.
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP PP andQM modules with other SAP modules such as MM SD and WM.
Provide enduser training and support during projectimplementation and postgolive phases. Create training materials anddocumentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and adoption of SAPPP and QM processes.
