    Who are we looking for:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with a background in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and possess 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial management.

    The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

    This role requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of financial principles and regulations within the NBFC sector.

    Roles & Responsibilities:


    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
    • Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decisionmaking purposes.
    • Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

    Financial Reporting and Compliance:

    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
    • Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory guidelines to mitigate financial risks.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.

    Budgeting and Cost Management:

    • Lead the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop realistic and achievable budgets.
    • Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted expenses, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
    • Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability and financial sustainability.

    Strategic Financial Planning:

    • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management in evaluating business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives.
    • Conduct financial due diligence for potential acquisitions, mergers, or partnerships, assessing their financial viability and impact on the organization's growth objectives.

    Treasury and Cash Management:

    • Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements effectively.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash resources, including investment decisions and debt management.
    • Monitor banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms for banking services and facilities.
    What is needed for this role:

    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant professional certifications.
    • 68 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within the NBFC sector.
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to NBFCs.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
    • Experience in financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial management software.
