SAP HANA BASIS Consultant/Administrator

We are looking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HANA BASIS Consultant/Administrator. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization of SFS SAP HANA systems.

This role involves working closely with other SAP functional and technical teams to ensure the reliability and availability of SAP applications.

Pune (India)


Work Experience:
4-6 years. International experience will be having advantages.


Key Tasks and Activities :
Install and configure SAP systems based on project requirements.

Perform system upgrades, patches, and support pack installationsExecution of SAP system copies including reworkingMonitor system performance and take proactive measures to optimize performance.

Manage user access and authorizations to ensure data security. Troubleshoot and resolve authorization issues.
Configure and manage the SAP Transport System for transporting changes between systems. Ensure the integrity of transports and resolve transport-related issuesDevelop and implement backup and recovery strategies. Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
Work closely with SAP functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
Design and implement SAP system landscapes based on project requirements. Experience on system consolidation and landscape projects.
Conduct regular security audits and address vulnerabilities.
Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay current with industry best practices and SAP security updates.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).3 to 6 years of experience in SAP security administration and SAP HANA BASIS activitiesStrong knowledge of SAP security concepts, roles, and authorizations.

Experience with SAP HANA performance tuning and troubleshootingSAP certification in security or related areas is highly desirable.
Basic Knowledge of Linux operation system and shell scriptingGood experience in SAP FioriStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
