    Description

    Job Responsibilities-

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiations and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with the social media team to develop effective employer branding strategies to attract new talent.
    • Maintain a database of freelancers for collaborations.

    Employee Relations:

    • Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies.
    • Foster a positive work environment through communication and conflict resolution.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure satisfaction.

    Performance Management:

    • Implement and manage the performance review process.
    • Work with leadership to establish performance metrics and goals aligned with the company's objectives.
    • Provide/Arrange resources and support to improve individual and team performance.

    HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
    • Conduct appraisals according to defined appraisal cycles
    • Manage HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools.
    • Maintain monthly attendance records and manage leaves according to policy.
    • Engage in vendor management.

    Payroll:

    • Collaborate with the Accounts department to disburse payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.

    Culture and Engagement:

    • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement.
    • Organize team-building events, social activities, and recognition programs.
    • Actively seek and implement feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction.

    Candidate Requirements-

    • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of HR experience; candidates with agency experience will be given preference.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
