- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiations and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop effective employer branding strategies to attract new talent.
- Maintain a database of freelancers for collaborations.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies.
- Foster a positive work environment through communication and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure satisfaction.
- Implement and manage the performance review process.
- Work with leadership to establish performance metrics and goals aligned with the company's objectives.
- Provide/Arrange resources and support to improve individual and team performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct appraisals according to defined appraisal cycles
- Manage HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools.
- Maintain monthly attendance records and manage leaves according to policy.
- Engage in vendor management.
- Collaborate with the Accounts department to disburse payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement.
- Organize team-building events, social activities, and recognition programs.
- Actively seek and implement feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience; candidates with agency experience will be given preference.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
