    Our client is a prominent player in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Development sector, with a focus on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

    Candidates with 360 degree Marketing experience within Real Estate Companies only.


    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Proficient in real estate terminology, basic RERA guidelines, and projectrelated regulations.
    • Familiarity with current projects, including inventory, pricing, offers, and financial aspects.
    • Strong grasp of marketing principles, encompassing ATL, BTL, and digital channels, with a focus on digital marketing.
    • Skilled in budget management for marketing initiatives.
    • Effective coordination and management of agencies and vendors.
    • Expertise in brand management, liaising with creative agencies for marketing collaterals.
    • Thorough understanding of branding materials and their quality execution.
    • Analytical mindset for lead and booking analysis, customer profiling, and targeting.
    • Proficient in generating leads and walkins through comprehensive marketing strategies.
    • Ability to devise and execute salesdriven campaign plans.
    • Focus on enhancing customer and site experiences.
    • Conducting call center training, quality audits, and pitch improvement.
    • Collaborating closely with the sales team to address project sales challenges and gather market insights.
    • Conducting regular competitive analysis and presenting findings to management.
    • Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
    • A team player, capable of working closely with various departments including sales, design, engineering, CRM, estates, and finance.

    Educational Qualification and Experience:

    • MBA with a specialization in marketing and 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
