    • Responsibilities:
      - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including hiring, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow-up until the candidate is onboarded.
      - Identify key motivators for the Talent Pool to join an organization.
      - Deep dive into job requisitions to understand the required competencies, skills, and knowledge specified by the Hiring Manager.
      - Devise innovative sourcing strategies tailored to the job profile through thorough research and resource utilization.
      - Network effectively online and offline to enhance employer branding, accelerate hiring timelines, and attract top talent.
      - Gain insights into the industry landscape and business environment.
      - Establish a robust talent pipeline.
      - Achieve targets comfortably.


    Requirements

    • Requirements:
      - Experience: 0.6-2 years in Career Counseling/Telecalling/Outbound Calling.
      - Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
      - Proficiency in English communication.
      - Educational Qualification: 12th/Graduates/Post Graduates.
      - Goal-oriented mindset.
