- Strong knowledge of merchandising and production in the home textile sector
- Experience in stitching, weaving, sourcing, costing, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in people management, including workers' management and performance evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle buyers and suppliers effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations in the home textile factory
