    About This Role

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Developer with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and IdentityNow (IDN) to join our growing security team.

    This role involves working on design, development, integration, and support of IAM systems that help manage user access securely and efficiently across enterprise environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, Develop and Deploy SailPoint IIQ/IDN implementation(s).
    • Contribute to the Requirements Gathering activities.
    • Contribute to the activities for Technical Design.
    • Develop code and perform unit testing in line with the requirements and design, for all client-specific use cases.
    • Perform Integration Testing.
    • Contribute to debugging and troubleshooting of issues, including interactions with the technology vendor.
    • Assist the client(s) with execution of User Acceptance Testing.
    • Assist the client(s) with readiness for deployment and actual deployment, followed by Post-Production Support.

    Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / MCA / MBA
    • Experience — 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ end-to-end implementations.
    • Candidate should have min 5 years of experience implementing SailPoint IAM projects.
    • Good to have – Experience in complex connector integrations, such as custom connector development or any other complex connectors with deep customizations.
