A Day in your life:

• Demonstrate exceptional technical leadership and have a keen understanding of technology, which enables them to effectively use it to accomplish business goals. We are seeking a Software Architect with a proven track record, ideally within a product company specializing in B2B SaaS solutions.
• You will lead architecture, help with technical design, and provide technical governance throughout the lifecycle of a product. You have experience architecting and designing scalable & performant cloud-based distributed systems.
• Has a passion for the customer, which is shown through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience. You will manage and drive complex technical aspects from the planning stage through execution
• To have in-depth knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to not only translate business requirements into technical solutions but also influence the product roadmap through technology innovation. Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide development teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will provide leadership and mentor a group of engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

What you would have done:

• Have a Systems/Computer Science/BTech/MCA, or equivalent degree
• Have relevant work experience of 14 years with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in advanced technical positions (Software design, architecture, scalability, availability, security etc.).
• Have extensive knowledge of databases beyond relational databases, , , and common Java libraries and frameworks. Proven experience in implementing design patterns and using best design practices like SOLID.
• Exposure to Kafka, Elastic Search, Azure Cloud, Ubuntu.
• Have experience with Micro Services including REST/SOAP services.
• Strong proven skills in collaborating with multiple teams and providing technical leadership. Good interpersonal skills. Be a good team player.
• Articulate and be able to express ideas and issues without inhibitions.
• Able to grasp functional aspects well (quickly and with minimal guidance).
• Passionate about owning the solutions and getting things done through out-of-box thinking.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies & tools.
• Domain knowledge of SaaS products in the BFSI space is desired but not mandatory.
