Job summary
The Costing Executive will be responsible for preparing accurate cost sheets and pricing models for domestic and international educational tours.Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed tour cost sheets for domestic and international educational trips
- Calculate and analyze costs related to: Transportation (air, rail, bus) Hotels and meals Sightseeing and activity fees Guides permissions operational expenses Coordinate with vendors hotels transporters service partners quotations negotiations Support sales team timely accurate pricing proposals tenders Ensure margin optimization while maintaining service standards Maintain update rate cards vendor databases costing templates Analyze cost deviations suggest cost-saving measures Assist budgeting post-tour cost analysis Ensure compliance company pricing policies approvals
