    Description

    Zopsoft, a dynamic and innovative web design and development company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals to contribute to the growth of the business.

    2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    3. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

    4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

    5. Communication Skills: Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi to engage with a diverse customer base.

    6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

    7. Documentation: Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

    Requirements:

    1. Educational Qualification: Gradudate/ Post-Gradudate

    2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales role.

    3. Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in both English and Hindi.

    4. Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer relationship management.

    5. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. 6. Result Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

    7. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and market dynamics. 8. Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of relevant software applications and tools.
