    Description

    Job Summary:

    We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive-Store to join our manufacturing unit specializing in bags, backpacks, duffels, and handbags. The ideal candidate will take charge of store operations while also assisting with accounting and finance tasks.

    Location: Manesar

    Experience: 4-5 Years

    Office Time: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm

    Working Days: 6 Days Working/Full time/onsite (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive various materials and verify them against Delivery Challans (DC) and Purchase Orders.
    • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
    • Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and properly maintained.
    • Prepare 'Good Receipt Note' (GRN) daily for all Direct and Indirect materials received and circulate information to the Purchase section and relevant departments.
    • Prepare Goods Inspection Reports and facilitate material inspection by concerned departments/persons.
    • Ensure daily transactions are accurately updated.
    • Monitor short excess, store return items, check for physical damage, expiry, and shortages, and maintain reports in Excel to be shared with seniors.
    • Plan the layout of the store room for easy identification and accessibility of materials.
    • Utilize Bin cards tagged with respective items to prevent stock-outs and enhance inventory control.
    • Provide feedback to the Purchase wing for necessary procurement actions to prevent stock-outs.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to manage financial entries related to store activities.
    • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expenses.
    • Reconcile stock records with financial data to ensure accuracy and transparency.
    • Generate regular reports on store performance and financial status, analyzing data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
    • Ensure store operations and financial activities adhere to company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
    • Assist with internal and external audits as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduation and above.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in store management.
    • Experience in a Backpacks, Hand Bags, Accessories, apparel is preferred.
    • Strong experience in store operations.
