    Job Description:
    1.

    Know the skin care products market (including product/ingredient trends, user behaviors, & competitors) for effective actions.2.


    In response to market needs and competitors, formulate annual marketing plans, and execute, analyze, and refine them, to make the business successful.3.

    Be able to operate Digital Marketing and run company SM accounts successfully.4.

    Sensitive in data and based on KPI to do the enhancement.5.

    Other assignments.


    Qualification:
    1.

    Bachelor or master, graduated from the Department of Business, Commerce, or relevant.2.

    4-7 years of working experience in marketing relevant. At least 2 years in the skincare industry and at least 3 years in Digital Marketing.3.

    Have experience in working out and implementing the annual marketing plan in the responsible business. Including objectives, key successful factors, budgeting, etc.4.

    Good capability in professional writing in commercial text.5.


    Have experience in running SM accounts, and know how to use digital marketing tools like GA/GA4, Google Trends, Google Search Console, KPI, etc.

    to enhance the operation6.

    Good experience in project management by KPI, with good time control and effectiveness, including external parties like agencies.
