Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable and energetic Picker-Packers to join our team at the Sarthana store. You will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and packing them securely for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for running the store flawlessly during your shift.
• Manage manpower and train them.
• Pick items from shelves based on customer orders using the hand-held device.
• Ensure accuracy in picking the right product, brand, quantity, and expiry date.
• Pack items carefully and securely in designated packaging material.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking and packing area.
• Report any missing or damaged stock to the store supervisor.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management as needed.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Meet daily targets for speed and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
• Basic reading and numeric skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or grocery picking/packing is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• 8-10 hour shifts depending on store requirements.
