    1 Channel Partner Development 3+ years needed Bangalore location

    Sr. sales Specialist / Asst. Manager sales

    As an Assistant Manager - Channel Partner Development, you will play a critical role in

    expanding our partner network, identifying potential partners, and onboarding them

    effectively into our program. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver

    exceptional partner experiences, provide ongoing support, and drive revenue growth. This is

    an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment

    and enjoys building strategic relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute channel partner acquisition strategies.

    Foster strong relationships with current and potential channel partners.

    Onboard new partners and provide training on our products and services.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective

    partner enablement programs.

    Monitor partner performance and ensure their adherence to company standards

    and requirements.

    Identify opportunities for growth and create strategies to maximize partner

    revenue.

    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to

    channel partners.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

    Proven experience in channel partner development and management.

    Strong understanding of the human resources industry.

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and

    internal stakeholders.

    Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

    2 Strategic Sales

    Designation: - Sr. Specialist / Asst. Manager 3+ years Bangalore location

    Strategy:

    Assist to build a coverage plan for the assigned territory through local know-how that

    maximizes business potential.

    Devise go-to-market strategies keeping in mind local competition, and their offerings.

    Leverage and drive conversion of partnership and ecosystem leads provided by internal

    teams.

    Team Management: Drive the team towards effective prospecting and demonstrations

    to have a concrete pipeline volume.

    Assist in pipeline conversion by championing the acquisition of key clients Conduct

    regular reviews to shape and refine daily activities with interventions Ensure complete

    onboarding of new joiners.

    Revenue and margin achievement:

    Acquisition of new business through prospecting, and effective product demonstrations.

    commercial negotiations to achieve revenue targets Build a balanced revenue pipeline

    for specific verticals/products Ensure achievement of gross margin targets Sales process

    management.

    Drive the team's adoption of the sales process, policies, and company guidelines.

    Improve pipeline volumes and their visibility to build an effective forecasting

    mechanism.

    Generate insights by analyzing relevant competitor's data, offerings, and local.

    Qualifications: (Minimum) Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent & 3 years of

    sales experience.

    Preferred industry experience: HRTech, HR solutions, staffing services, Experience in

    handling mid-senior level client stakeholders, Experience in selling solutions/services/SaaS.
