    Responsibilities:

    Constant research on the catchment to identify key properties which can be acquired to do business with OYO

    Meet property owners and sell OYO's vision of providing comfortable stays for many

    Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association and bring them onboard our platform

    Liaise with key stakeholders from lead generation till property goes live on OYO platform

    Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners

    Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area

    Resolve issues arising between Property Owners and OYOs Operations/Revenue team

    Required Skills:

    Networking ability

    Proof reading of legal contracts

    Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email writing)

    Good negotiation skills

    Analytical ability

    Key Performance Indicators:

    Number of Sellable Rooms signed / made live month on month

    Gross margin derived from the properties signed

    What we are looking for:

    2 to 7 years of experience

    Experience of B2B sales/client onboarding

    Experience in the hospitality and/or travel industry would be an added advantage

    Candidate should have experience in Lead Generation, Client Onboarding/B2B Sales

    CTC: Upto 7.8 LPA ( Out of which 6.2 LPA Fixed
