    Role Description


    This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive (preferably from Jaipur) having atleast 1 year of experience in US IT Staffing and Recruiting industry.

    The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

    They will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our services.

    Qualifications


    New Business Development and Lead Generation skillsExtremely strong business acumen and communication skillsExperience in account management or salesStrong ability to generate qualified leads on a regular basis.

    Ability to build and maintain client relationshipsExcellent organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated and proactive mindset1 year of experience as a Business Developer in the US Staffing and Recruiting industry is must.

    Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

    Working hours will be 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM ISTSaturday and Sunday fixed off.
