    Designation : Scrum Master

    Experience : 8+ Years

    Role

    We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in project delivery to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the agile development process, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles, and driving successful project delivery. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies.

    Responsibilities :


    •Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 4 to 6 years and running at least 40 sprints life cycles for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.


    •Guiding the team on self organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/ Scrum

    frameworks.


    •Ensure that the team is adhering to the Scrum methodology and foster best practices in the team.


    •Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to

    higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and the

    organization.


    •Arranging daily stand up scrum meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.


    •Grooming and maintaining the product backlog by working with the required stakeholders.

    Requirement :


    • The candidate should have degree in Engineering or equivalent course from a

    recognized university.


    •Scrum certified with minimum 4 to 6 yrs years of experience in development, project or product

    managing.


    •Deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodology and SDLC process.

    Should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous

    Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.


    •Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments, and Agile practices.


    •Should have knowledge of cloud technology (Like Azure, AWS).


    •Should have experience of offshore - onsite setup.


    •Preferred certifications - CSM, PSM, Prince etc.
