IT Governance: Provide effective management of the organizations portfolio of systems and projects.

Direct the definition, architecture, development, implementation and support of systems which enable and drive business objectives

Improve & drive SAP and other application projects from IT and also facilitate project implementation by proper coordination between, Users, Vendors, etc

Aligning business objectives (as defined by the stakeholders) with the IT objectives to prepare IT Goals.

Develop and implement an IT roadmap

Lead implementation and integration of new systems, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of current systems and applications
