- Min 5+ years of product management experience
- Prior experience of Product Management on 2 or more products is a must
- Prior experience in healthcare and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) workflows is a big plus
- Possess strong technical understanding of Product development
- Very experienced using product management best practices and agile development frameworks
- Superb verbal and written communication skills

Position Summary: We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Collector Product within our Patient Pay & Insurance zone. This Product Manager will be responsible for quickly learning the business problems that our zone builds software to address, the current state functionality of our products and the opportunities we have to improve our customers' key performance metrics. They will also build outcome-focused roadmaps based on general product opportunities as well as athena's corporate strategies. This product manager will have extremely strong written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively articulate business problems and lead cross-functional teams to build impactful solutions. They will be a true leader in their space and be able to evangelize their product vision both internally and to our customers. Ultimately, this product manager will support athena's mission to improve healthcare for our customers as well as their patients.
The Team: About Collector's Patient Pay & Insurance zone: Our team of product managers are building new and exciting capabilities to improve how we help health practices collect the right patient insurance, understand eligibility benefits, improve cost transparency, drive effective billing workflows and offer flexible payment solutions.
