- Manage daytoday Tier 2 and Tier 3 cases through a ticketing system.
- Review onboarding requirements, including documents, PO information, SOWs, and access provisioning requests.
- Handle bulk onboarding, data changes, and offboardings on behalf of hiring managers.
- Own Tier 2 agent knowledge resources and training alignment with other teams.
- Identify operational weaknesses, improve processes, and support/manage projects for team scalability.
- Ensure controls and measures are in place to monitor and continuously improve processes.
- Conduct regular analyses, reporting, and audits as required.
- 35 years of prior experience in contingent workforce management/MSP operations.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Team player with a focus on collective success.
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze and transform data into insights.
- Customercentric approach with excellent communication skills.
- Basic project management skills, strong followthrough, and stakeholder engagement.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Tool knowledge Preferred : Fieldglass VMS, Coupa, Jira ticketing system, DocuSign CLM, and IIQ.
