Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Voice Process Customer Service Executive (CSE/Sr. CSE) at our Ahmedabad location. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
The role also involves analyzing client needs, identifying process improvements, and delivering exceptional service quality in alignment with organizational standards.
QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively assist and engage with clients.
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement to identify and implement efficient client solutions.
Training and coaching skills to guide clients or team members as needed.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and a commitment to delivering professional and timely services.
Prior experience in a similar role or knowledge of healthcare processes is a strong advantage.
