    • Relevant experience in handling HR Generalist profile including HR MIS and Payroll

    Role and Responsibilities:

    As an HR Generalist / Analyst in our eye care organization, you will play a crucial role in managing various human resource functions, with a particular focus on payroll, HR MIS, and generalist duties. Your responsibilities will include:

    Payroll Management:

    • Overseeing end-to-end payroll processes accurately and efficiently.
    • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations related to payroll and taxation.
    • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering payroll-related inquiries.

    HR MIS (Management Information Systems):

    • Developing and maintaining HR databases and management information systems.
    • Generating regular reports and analytics on key HR metrics for management review.
    • Analyzing data trends to provide insights for decision-making.

    HR Generalist Activities:

    • Handling various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Conducting HR-related research and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

    Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to HR activities.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
    • Assisting in audits and compliance reviews as necessary.

    Employee Support:

    • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
    • Facilitating training sessions or workshops on HR topics as needed.

    Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals.
    • Coordinating with external vendors or service providers for HR-related services.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Identifying areas for process improvement within HR functions and implementing solutions.
    • Contributing to the development and enhancement of HR systems and processes.
