    Responsibilities:

    Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with HDFC Securities' overall marketing objectives. Define clear goals, KPIs, and metrics to measure the success and impact of social media initiatives.

    2. Platform Management: Oversee all social media platforms managed by HDFC Securities, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, , YouTube, and emerging platforms relevant to the target audience. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.

    3. Audience Engagement: Create engaging and interactive content tailored to the preferences and behaviors of Gen Z and Millennials. Develop strategies to foster meaningful conversations, drive user-generated content, and encourage community participation on social media platforms.

    4. Brand Affinity: Define the brand's personality, tone of voice, and values on social media platforms. Develop content that resonates with target consumer cohorts and segments, building brand affinity and loyalty over time.

    5. Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams, creative agencies, and influencers to ideate, create, and curate compelling content for social media channels. Ensure content is relevant, timely, and aligned with the interests and preferences of the target audience.

    6. Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments. Identify opportunities to capitalize on trends and leverage new features or functionalities offered by social media platforms to enhance engagement and reach.

    7. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key social media metrics, including engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversion metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy, refine targeting tactics, and improve overall performance.

    8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of social media initiatives with broader business objectives.

    9. Crisis Management: Develop protocols and processes for managing social media crises or reputational risks. Act as a spokesperson for HDFC Securities on social media platforms during times of crisis, providing timely and transparent communication to stakeholders.
