    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Sr Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Sr Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development and a proven track record of success.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Good understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry.
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
    • Proficient in English and Hindi.
    • Experience in inside sales is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
