The Channel Sales Partner will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and driving sales growth through strategic channel partnerships.     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Channel Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage and drive sales growth.
    2. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities and ensure partner satisfaction.
    3. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with channel partners to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    4. Training and Enablement: Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge, sales capabilities, and overall performance.
    5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
    6. Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators to measure channel partner effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    7. Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support channel partner initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in channel sales, business development, or related field, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles, channel management, and distribution networks.
