- To plan, implement, and continually develop a manufacturing value addition flow with resources that consistently manufacture, measure, monitor, validate, and deliver products meeting all engineering, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- To establish, document, and develop processes to manage quality, track and monitor customer requirements, and ensure defect-free products.
- To estimate and propose budgets for upcoming planning periods, track and adapt expenditure to adhere to budget, and achieve operational expense planning and control.
- To identify and evaluate risks to sustaining intended results, plan, document, implement, and test preventive and reactive measures to mitigate business and customer impact.
- To compile and assess deviations to defined standards in manufacturing, identify root causes, and implement necessary measures to fix issues limiting impact to the customer and business results.
- To prepare technical inquiries, scout markets for suppliers, conduct technical discussions, and narrow down potential vendors for MAE, tooling, and consumable procurement.
- To initiate engagement initiatives to coach, motivate, and support teams in knowledge sharing, problem-solving, understanding, and adoption of new standards, methods, and technology.
- To evaluate manufacturing setups for efficiency, technical constraints, and ideas from associates, develop scenarios, plan, and implement concepts aimed at resolving issues, upgrading setups, and improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- To analyze new business requirements, evaluate business cases, develop project charters, and project management plans, coordinate, drive, and implement project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mech)
- Post Graduate Master's in Business Administration / M.Tech (Desirable)
- Certification in Quality Management, Statistical tools, Operations management, Data Analytics, Agile methodology (Desirable)
- Min 1-2 years of process planning activities in Auto component manufacturing industry
