    Working hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

    Job Description

    This role involves supporting the Affiliate team in recruiting and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, monitoring performance, and optimising campaigns to achieve performance marketing objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and recruit affiliate partners, including international affiliates.
    • models such as CPI, CPR,CPA, CPS, CPL.
    • Maintain affiliate communication and resolve inquiries, considering diverse global partners.
    • Analyse campaign data for optimization across various regions.
    • Coordinate marketing materials and compliance for international campaigns.
    • Generate performance reports and share insights, encompassing both local and global perspectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends for innovation, with a global mindset.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • Basic understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and key performance metrics.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
