- Conduct outbound calls to staffing companies to promote OptimHire's services and book demonstrations with key decision-makers.
- Execute a high volume of calls calls per day) to achieve daily targets.
- Engage with prospects effectively to identify their needs and demonstrate how OptimHire can address their hiring challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for booking demonstrations.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer insights, and potential opportunities.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexible to work in both India and US shift timings.
