Roles and Responsibilities
Outline the activities a person will perform on a regular
Main JD:
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, monitoring and reliable operation of .NET applications running in IIS servers
Basic knowledge of .NET applications, configuration of its interaction with external applications and database
Expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection and disaster recovery related to application
Experience working with deployment tasks and preferably used deployment tools like Octopus.
Troubleshoot application errors by monitoring application logs, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problem and assessing impact of issues.
Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of applications
Experience with basic scripting, SQL queries and automation tools
Understanding architecture diagrams and maintaining architecture documents
Knowledge in AWS and worked with S3 buckets, EC2 instances, load balancers, auto scaling groups, security groups
Good to have basic knowledge in:
AWS - Lambda functions, SNS, Systems Manager, Code Deploy, Code pipeline, Cloud formation, task schedulers in cloud watch etc.
Others - Powershell scripting, Gitlab, JIRA, Datadog, Octopus, Ansible, Cypress, Postman, Google analytics, Adobe analytics
Soft skills:
Extremely good communication and logical skills, proactive, organized, structured, focused, flexible, eager to learn new things and comfortable working independently or as a team.
