CareStack is a state-of-the-art, cloud-based all-in-one technology platform that fundamentally transforms the way dentists work and manage their practices. CareStack is rewriting the rules of what an intelligent solution should look like for dentistry in the US.
CareStackTM has closed a strategic equity investment round with the Swiss dental devices manufacturer Straumann Group. Currently, we serve over 1,000 dental clinics across the US. Company is on plans to digitise 10,000 dental offices in the next five years.

Who is CareStack missing today?
An experienced Product Designer, with strengths in User Experience and is hands on with executing design from idea to pixel. One who can communicate with various stakeholders, challenge them with the right design/design direction and is able to help ship the product by working closely with developers.
CareStack is looking for someone who's not just a user's champion, but also the one who will take care of the digital product design from strategic to tactical aspects. They insist on strengths in interaction design and information architecture because ideas, wireframes or visual mock-ups are not final.
Job requirements
1. Experience: Having a background in SAAS platforms is beneficial. Competence in the area is more important than the number of years of experience.
2. Working Mode: The team is in Trivandrum/Bangalore, and requires the designers to be working from the office in a hybrid model.
3. Education: We really don't care as long as you can communicate and articulate your thoughts and decisions seamlessly.
4. Job Type: You will be hired as a Full Time Employee under the payroll of CareStack India. This is not a remote position.
Day-to-day activities
1. Your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating and implementing user flows, and user interfaces (UI) in collaboration with Product Management, Data and Engineering Teams.
2. Your ability to bring your vision and concepts to life will not only be welcomed but celebrated.
3. Conduct usability tests to validate design ideas.
4. Facilitate and conduct design sprints to find and capture customer needs and implement them in the product.
5. You will work with PMs and Engineers to grow strategic concepts through design exploration, ideation, and user validation.
6. Present design solutions to stakeholders and company executives, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.
Responsibilities
1. As our Product designer, you will be accountable for all the decisions and delivery of the user experience and aspects of user interface. It goes without saying you will take care of the end-to-end aspects of product design.
2. You will address the user's needs and keep in mind the stakeholder's needs and wants.
3. You will ensure aesthetics will not break usability and information architecture in anyways. This should allow our users to delightfully use our products and add value to their everyday lives.
4. You will take care of aspects like screens, resolutions, responsiveness and will design applications for web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
5. You will conduct research to understand your users and conduct usability tests to make sure the product is in line with the original design.
6. You will have an ability to refine other people's ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly visual experience through your design.
7. Organised, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to prioritise different expectations and deliver refined design in a short time.
8. Proven ability to deliver high quality designs to customers. Expert level skills in Figma & Adobe XD.
9. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) or Product Design field is a bonus.
