    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way.
    • Addressing and escalating customer complaints. Providing information about projects and other services.
    • Prepare welcome folders & assist clients or Brokers with forms & collaterals/ brochures.
    • Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information either in writing or in person as requested.
    • Escorting the clients/candidates to the waiting lounge or area.
    • Look after arrangements for tea/coffee for guests / walk-in clients
    • Ensure customers are attended to on time regarding project details.
    • Maintaining customer updates on inquiries made.
    • Maintain database and MIS.
    • Maintaining the inventory/ stock of office pantry, and stationery.
    • Managing housekeeping.
