- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way.
- Addressing and escalating customer complaints. Providing information about projects and other services.
- Prepare welcome folders & assist clients or Brokers with forms & collaterals/ brochures.
- Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information either in writing or in person as requested.
- Escorting the clients/candidates to the waiting lounge or area.
- Look after arrangements for tea/coffee for guests / walk-in clients
- Ensure customers are attended to on time regarding project details.
- Maintaining customer updates on inquiries made.
- Maintain database and MIS.
- Maintaining the inventory/ stock of office pantry, and stationery.
- Managing housekeeping.
