Senior Frontend Lead Role

Stalwart Innovations is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Frontend Lead to drive the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant React.js applications.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the frontend development team.
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns.
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends.
Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalability and maintainability of frontend applications.

React.js Development

Lead the development of complex and high-performance React.js applications.
Design and implement reusable components and libraries.
Optimize frontend performance using techniques like lazy loading, virtualization, and code splitting.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.

State Management

Implement and manage state management solutions using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Recoil, or similar libraries.
Design efficient data flows and manage application state effectively.

API Integration

Integrate with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
Design and implement data fetching strategies and manage API interactions.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Implement and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks.
Ensure code quality and test coverage.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Mentoring and Collaboration

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend engineers.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products.
Communicate effectively with US-based clients.

Performance Optimization

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Implement performance monitoring and optimization strategies.

Requirements

9+ years of experience in frontend development.
Expertise in React.js and its ecosystem.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).
Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Recoil).
Experience with API integration (RESTful, GraphQL, WebSockets).
Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques.
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with responsive design.
Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Parcel, etc.).

Preferred Skills

Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with design systems.
Experience with web accessibility best practices.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
This role requires working in the 2 PM - 11 PM IST OR 12 PM - 9 PM IST time zone to support US clients.
