    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    1. Data Preparation and Exploration:

    2. Model Development:

    Design and implement advanced time series forecasting models tailored to specific business needs.

    Utilize statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and deep learning architectures for model development.

    Optimize model performance through feature engineering, hyper parameter tuning, and model selection.

    3. Validation and Testing:

    4. - Develop rigorous testing frameworks to evaluate model accuracy, robustness, and reliability.

    Perform backtesting and cross-validation to assess the generalization capability of the models.

    5. - Develop forecasting models capable of predicting future trends over extended long periods

    Incorporate external factors, seasonal patterns, and macroeconomic indicators into the forecasting models.

    5. Model Deployment and Monitoring:

    Deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

    Implement monitoring mechanisms to track model performance, drift detection, and recalibration as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience (3+ years) in developing time series forecasting models, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.

    Proficiency in Python programming and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

    Strong understanding of statistical methods ( ARIMA, SARIMA, LSTM, De- composition etc) , machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

    Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AZURE, Block Storage etc) is desirable.

    Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

    Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
