    Building ateam ofPFAs:
    • Identifyingprospective PFAs as per the guidelines of theorganization
    • Coordinatingthe appointment process of thePFAs
    • Activationof successfully appointed new PFAs through hand holdingparticipation in OJT and ensuring their motivation tosell
    • Achievingthe number of active PFAs in his / her team as per theorganizationstargets

    Deliversales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated SalesProcess:
    • Preparemonthly and annual action plans to achieve his/hergoals
    • Ensuringadherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by thecompany
    • Motivatingand ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) forthe PFA areachieved
    • Measurementand tracking of relevant metrics forPFAs
    • Ensurethat R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAsin the team and used effectively to motivate and help teamperform
    • Worktowards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team ofPFAs
    • Trackcustomer proposals through toconversion

    Trainingand Grooming his / her team ofPFAs:
    • Identifytraining needs across theteam
    • Coordinationwith Branch Development Partner for the development and training ofPFAs in histeam
    • Megalaunch of each newPFA
    • Maintainongoing communication and connect with the team to share details ofupcoming contests R&R processesetc.
    • Performthe role of a people manager fostering a culture of ownershipcustomer focus entrepreneurship and team work across the entirebranch.

    Anyperson who is working other than Agency vertical in insurance. Anydirect/ Banca experience iswelcome
