    We arelooking for a passionate and motivated Senior Sales Manager to joinour awesome sales team. As our Agency Development Manager your mainresponsibility will be to drive our business success by increasingsales. Our main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paidusers.

    Job Role:

    • Thoroughunderstanding of various insurance products coverage options andpolicy details.
    • Lead and motivate ateam of agents setting clear performance expectations and fosteringa resultsdriven culture.
    • Effective verbalcommunication to explain policy details answer client questions andaddress concerns.
    • Building aprofessional network to generate referrals and leads.
    • Guiding and inspiringthe sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
    • Recruit train andmentor a team of insurance agents.

    Requirements:

    • Qualification:Graduation is mandatory
    • Experience: Minimum 2years of sales experience
    • Age: 21 to 38
    • Communication: Goodcommunication Skill
