    Role Brief

    We at Swades Foundation are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Human Resource Manager with a strong background in Learning and Development (L&D). In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions related to leadership development, talent management, and employee training within our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives focused on leadership development and talent management.
    • Design and execute comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify leadership training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
    • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all HR initiatives and programs.
    • Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
    • Analyze HR metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Partner with external training providers and educational institutions to leverage resources and expertise for employee development.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership development and learning technologies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in a leadership role within HR, with a focus on learning and development.
    • Strong understanding of leadership development principles and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving organizational goals.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
    • Certification in HR or Learning and Development (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CPLP) is a plus.
