    Description


    This position involves a substantialmanagement role to support the company as it continues to grow itsemployee base and geographical footprint.

    The position to take careof the facility operations at BOT VFX is located in chennai whichcurrently. The scope of responsibilities includes the entire lifecycle of facility management operations. The Establishing StandardOperating Procedures (SOPs) for facility management to ensure thequality of daytoday facilityoperations.


    POSITIONRESPONSIBILITY

    Manage existing facility operations.This includes ensuring Building Team Coordinationfor parking bills repair & maintenance.

    Facility Service TAT (measurementswith performance targets). Ticket to be closed within theTAT.

    Facility ManagementDaily Floor Walk Audit Building team coordinationfor parking repair & maintenance Event & Client visitcoordination and Coordination for Logistics

    Vendor ManagementCoordination for Invoice submission Vendor agreementAttendance Reports & Audit documents

    Support FunctionsCoordination with IT HR & Finance team for needbasis.

    Procurement ManagementProcurement Negotiation Quotation Purchase Invoicesubmission & Payment Status

    EventManagement Event celebrations coordination forpurchase & Training & Meeting arrangements.

    Support Function Support forRecruitment Training coordination Institute Connect Induction fornew joinees and talent engagement activities

    Petty Cash Handling monthly petty cashfor office needs and bill submission with a propertracker.

    Asset ManagementNon IT asset maintenance Managing official mobileconnections and others.

    Data ManagementTracker for Materials Food Snacks First Air PettyCash Security registers.

    Initiative &Idea Process Innovation Simplification and new Ideasgeneration for the organization growth & employeesatisfaction.

    REQUIRED
    EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

    01 years of experiencerelated to facility management is highly preferred.

    Good and effective communicatorwith an ability to manage the facility. Effectiveand professional written and verbal skills.

    Technicallyadept at using productivity tools like Google SheetsExcel project management software.


    Roles &Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for handlingvisitors calls and couriers in a professional manner
    *Conference room booking and managing

    • Maintaining manualand digital (Google Sheet) records of inward and outwardassets
    • Caf management
    • Stationery supplyrecord keeping and distribution to employees
    • Maintenanceand record keeping of First Aid box supplies
    • Take upother duties as assigned
    Freshers or candidates withminimum experience are welcome.
