    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience to lead our Human Resources department in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive work culture. Immediate availability and the ability to join within 7 days will be highly regarded.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and select top-tier candidates.

    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs.

    Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

    2. Employee Relations:

    Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

    Cultivate a positive work environment through effective communication and relationship-building.

    Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take corrective actions as necessary.

    3. Performance Management:

    Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

    Collaborate with department heads to address performance issues and foster professional growth.

    4. Training and Development:

    Identify and address training needs, developing programs to enhance employee skills.

    Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics, compliance, and professional development.

    Support career development initiatives and succession planning.

    5. HR Policies and Compliance:

    Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

    Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, updating policies accordingly.

    Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices align with established policies and regulations.

    6. Benefits Administration:

    Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

    Effectively communicate benefits information to employees and address benefit-related inquiries.

    7. Data Management and Reporting:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and generate HR-related reports.

    Utilize HRIS tools to streamline HR processes and data management.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

    Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.

    In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    Proficient in the use of HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
