As an International Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our international clients. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
    • Provide accurate information and resolve customers' issues and concerns
    • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and resolving customer complaints
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
