ROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and propose necessary processes to ensure a structured andpredictable approach to softwareEngineering.
Define and drive thetechnical strategy and developmentmethodology.
Plan and executestrategies for completing projects on time. Implement a system formonitoring and tracking projectprogress.
Balance creating andrepaying technical debt and developing new features. Use technologyand automation to help manage technicaldebt.
Collaborate with organizationalleadership to develop an annual budget for the engineeringdepartment. Assess the tools and technologies required forefficient project development. Regularly assess the effectivenessof budget allocations. Work with leadership to allocate budgets fortools training and staffing needed tosupport.
Set clear expectations goalsand objectives for each team. Ensure a balanced distribution ofwork among teams to optimize productivity. Encourage collaborationbetween teams to promote knowledge sharing and crossfunctionalproblemsolving. Implement performance metrics to monitor theprogress of each team.

Organize teambuildingactivities that involve both your internal team and the vendorsteam. This could include workshops training sessions or eveninformal gathering.
Evaluate howemerging technologies could impact the teams skill requirements andproject outcomes. Identify any gaps between the existing skills andthose required to meet current or future project needs. Determinethe need for training and talentdevelopment.
Delegate technicaldecisions to your senior engineers but ask the right questions toensure that the product is scalable secure andreliable.
Bridge the gap betweenproduct Management and Engineering team by facilitating necessaryinteraction.
Anticipate and identifypotential risks associated with the technical strategy includingtechnological challenges resource constraints and market changes.Develop mitigation plans to address identified risks ensuring thatthe technical strategy remains resilient andadaptable.
Evaluate select andimplement monitoring tools and systems to enhance the observabilityof the engineering infrastructure. Set up effective alerting andnotification systems to promptly respond to any anomalies orcritical events ensuring a proactive approach to systemhealth.
Establishing SupportProcesses: Define and implement robust support processes to ensuretimely and effective resolution of incidents and customerissues.
Whatwe are lookingfor:
Candidates with good experience withSDLC
Minimum 6 years of hardcorecoding experience is mandatory.
Excellent handson experience in coding in Python/JAVAAWS/Microservices will be added advantage.
Good to have frontend frameworkknowledge like REACT/Angular.
Overall 913 Experience is mandatory.
Mandatory 2 years of people management experiencerequired.
Strong Salesforce product knowledge 5+ years of SalesforceAdministration hands-on experience 3+ years of related experiencewith Alteryx is a MUST Hands-on skills and experience in AlteryxDesigner, Alteryx Server, and the tools with Alteryx such asPredictive, Parsing, and Transforms is a MUST Experience on similartools like: Informatica, Talend Pentaho data extraction andmanipulation tools. 4+ years writing SQL queries against any RDBMSwith query optimization. Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent inrelated discipline Certified Salesforce Administrator is preferredAdditional Salesforce certifications e.g.: Advanced Administrator,Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing CloudConsultant
