    Relationship Manager

    Clubs are an audio chatroom platform where users come and engage in love audio format with all users.

    • The role is to help our top users with the best experience on the platform.
    • You will manage the top users of the clubs and be responsible for their retention.
    • You will establish and manage relationships to drive user spending & engagement of the user on clubs.
    • You will connect with them and make strong user relationships with these users on WhatsApp or any other platform.
    • You will understand user needs and make action plans to provide them with better services to Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
    • 1 years experience as a VIP Relationship Manager for English/Hindi audio live streaming services or in similar roles in other industries
    • Demonstrates high level of integrity in the professional domain.
    • Processoriented person, who is able to work in operations while following up on the SOP
    • Empathy to understand top users' issues and resolve them in an effective manner
    • Proficient in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs)
    • Ability to analyze the implications of online communications and messages.
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the native language.
    • Strong Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills.
    • Attention to detail, good observational skills and problemsolver.
