Company DescriptionThe Visual House is a Dadasaheb Phalke Award-winning production house and communication agency, led by our Chief Visionary Officer, Ms.
Deepmala. We work with prestigious clients such as ITC, UNICEF, WHO, and NACO, among others, delivering high-quality productions.Specializing in TVCs, digital films, animated videos, documentaries, and corporate videos, we manage the entire process from pre-production to post-production.
As a communication agency, we also create and execute strategic campaigns. At The Visual House, we prioritize creativity, innovation, and collaboration, fostering a positive, inclusive environment for professional growth.Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Outreach Executive, based in New Delhi.
The Outreach Executive will be responsible for driving business outreach and supporting sales initiatives by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and generating new opportunities.
The role involves proactive communication with prospects, nurturing leads, coordinating with internal teams for pitches and proposals, and representing The Visual House in meetings, events, and networking forums.
The candidate will play a key role in expanding partnerships, strengthening client engagement, and contributing directly to revenue growth.Qualifications
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with confident interpersonal abilities.
Experience or interest in business development, client outreach, or sales-oriented roles.
Ability to identify prospects, initiate conversations, and maintain professional relationships.
Familiarity with managing outreach activities, follow-ups, and coordination for pitches/proposals.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads/tasks.
Comfort with digital tools/platforms used for communication, lead tracking, and presentations.
Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
Prior exposure to media, production, advertising, or communication industries is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, Business, or related fields preferred.
