    Telesales Officer

    We are seeking an experienced Telesales Officer to join our team at Chennai Anna Nagar West. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone.

    About the Role

    This is a challenging opportunity for skilled individuals to grow their career in sales. You will work closely with our team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Initiate outbound calls to introduce and promote products/services to potential customers.
    • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and build rapport with potential customers.
    • Identify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by efficiently managing call time to maximize productivity.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
